Aroma Sweet toffee apple aromas combine with orange peel and crystallised violets. Fragrant pear gives away to undertones of aged leather and cocoa powder.

Taste Tart raspberry flavours lead to bright citrus zest and black pepper. Dried exotic fruit comes to the fore alongside toasted almonds.

Finish Full and spicy finish with lingering sweet fruit and oak.
