Aroma: A basket laden with windfall apples. Aromas of clementine and vibrant orange sit upon intense polished oak. Touches of vanilla begin to come through with flashes of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Taste: Creamy; sweet oak tannins offer balance to candied orange and tonka bean. Decadent rose and jasmine flavours emerge with a subtle eucalyptus edge.

Finish:  Sweetness working in harmony with dashes of white pepper. Delicate herbal elements remain, slowly fading into eucalyptus.
