Colour Dark gold.

Aroma Soft notes of cinnamon leads to stewed plums and a hint of orange peel. Muted sherbet comes to the fore accompanied by subtle strawberry jam.

Taste Toasted malt initially, followed by ripe green apple and dry oak flavours. Soft fruitcake develops alongside subtle black pepper and hints of cashew nuts.

Finish Medium to long finish with aniseed and desiccated ginger.
